FAQ Part 1: Product Knowledge & Consumer Pain Points
FAQ Part 1: Product Knowledge & Consumer Pain Points
Q1: What are the main benefits of wearing magnetic jewelry?
A: According to magnetic therapy theories, magnetic fields can help improve blood circulation, reduce static electricity, and promote relaxation and sleep quality. Many users wear them to alleviate discomfort in joints (like wrists and fingers) or for general wellness.
Q2: Will wearing a copper bracelet turn my wrist green? Is it a quality issue?
A: This is NOT a quality issue. It is a natural reaction between pure copper and the acidity in your skin/sweat. It actually proves that the bracelet is made of Solid Copper rather than cheap alloy. The green mark is harmless and can be easily washed off with soap and water.
Q3: How strong are the magnets in your bracelets?
A: We use high-power Neodymium magnets. Typically, each magnet ranges from 3,000 to 3,500 Gauss. This ensures the magnetic field is strong enough to be effective while remaining safe for daily wear.
Q4: Do the magnets lose their strength over time?
A: Neodymium magnets are permanent magnets. They will lose less than 1% of their strength over 10 years unless exposed to extreme heat (over 80°C) or physical damage.
Q14: Are your products "Nickel & Lead Free"?
A: Yes. This is crucial for passing customs in the US (California Prop 65) and EU (REACH standards). All our plating and raw materials are compliant with international environmental standards to prevent skin allergies.
Here REACH report for reference
Q15: How do I determine the bracelet size/length?
Men: Typically 21cm - 22cm (8.5 inches).
Women: Typically 18.5cm - 20cm (7.5 inches).
Note: We make our link bracelets slightly longer (e.g., 22cm) because they can always be shortened with a tool, but cannot be lengthened easily.
Q18: Will the magnets or stones fall out after a few months?
A: This is a common issue with low-quality suppliers, but we prevent it by:
Using Epoxy Glue specifically designed for metal bonding.
Adding a clear Epoxy Resin Cap over the magnets (on select models) to seal them in and prevent rust/sweat corrosion.
We offer a 2-Year Warranty against magnets falling out under normal use.
Advice: We recommend sizing it once to fit your wrist, then sliding it on/off from the side of your wrist, rather than opening/closing it every day.
Reason: Copper rings are mainly used for wellness. Fingers can swell or shrink depending on temperature and health conditions. An adjustable design ensures the ring remains comfortable and effective (maintaining skin contact) regardless of finger size changes.
